What you’ll do

Lead the planning and delivery of digital programs and projects, transforming experiences, technologies, and ways of working

Inspire confidence in digital delivery by managing cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives

Partner with senior stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and the TLC business to drive sustained change and value

Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while identifying opportunities to unlock business value

Oversee program financials, resource planning, and benefit realisation across the digital portfolio

What you’ll bring

Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformations, driving customer change through digital experiences

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences

Strategic thinking and structured discovery capabilities, with a customer‑centric and outcome‑oriented mindset

Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive workforce change and adoption within a team

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision‑making at multiple levels across technical and non‑technical audiences
