General Manager

to lead our vibrant pub venue! If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and have a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day venue operations with a hands‑on, leadership‑focused approach.

Manage, lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff across front and back of house.

Ensure a high standard of customer service and venue presentation.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock and compliance.

Drive revenue through engaging promotions, events, and community involvement.

Work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)

Proven experience in hospitality management

Strong leadership and communication skills
