Technical Lead

Salary:

~$180K - $220k + Super (depending on experience)

This role is about

technical leadership and people leadership combined . You’ll shape engineering direction, mentor developers, and help deliver secure, scalable SaaS products used by schools around the world.

You’ll work closely with architects, product teams, and other Tech Leads to deliver high-quality software while building a strong engineering culture.

influence architecture, elevate engineering standards, and grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

Drive strong engineering practices across quality, security and performance

Own delivery and ensure sprint goals and releases stay on track

Work closely with architects on scalable SaaS platform design

Participate in agile ceremonies and technical planning

Support hiring, onboarding and development of engineers

Improve developer experience and engineering standards

Collaborate across product, QA and engineering teams

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience leading software engineering teams

Strong technical background in modern backend and frontend stacks

Experience building scalable SaaS platforms

Comfortable mentoring and developing engineers

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Experience working in agile product environments
