Employment Tax - Manager / Senior Manager

We’re partnering with an established global professional services and advisory firm seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join their Employment Taxes practice. Responsibilities

In this role, you will: Lead and mentor junior staff across Australia, manage multi-stakeholder engagements, and serve as a primary client contact on complex matters. Deliver High-Level Employment Tax Advice Advise on Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, FBT, Superannuation Guarantee, Termination Payments, Salary Packaging, and broader employment tax obligations. Review key deliverables including FBT and Payroll Tax returns. Drive Innovation & Client Engagement Leverage technology and data to enhance compliance processes, generate insights, respond to regulators, and deliver training to both clients and internal teams. About You

You’ll bring: 5+ years’ Employment Taxes experience, ideally gained in a mid-tier, Big 4 or commercial in-house environment. Strong leadership skills and experience managing junior staff Strong technical capability across employment tax compliance and advisory. The ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively across service lines. Experience automating tax processes (advantageous but not essential). Maven Partners
