Enterprise Architect

Overview TechnologyOne is on a mission to transform how enterprise software is architected and delivered. As our Enterprise Architect, you will turn the CTO’s strategic vision into reality by leading initiatives within our Application ReUse platform and guiding delivery teams across our SaaS ERP products to embed and enhance reuse capabilities.

What you'll be doing

Define and maintain architecture within the Application ReUse platform, aligned to strategic goals.

Lead the delivery of actionable roadmaps to support transformation programs within Application ReUse and across Products in our ERP.

Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture supports and enables business outcomes.

Take a hands‑on role in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovation‑driven design.

Contribute to the execution of the CTO’s strategy through

Share knowledge and build internal capability to drive adoption of Application ReUse capabilities through training, enablement, and coaching.

Support the ongoing development of the architecture practice at TechnologyOne.

Qualifications

Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions; TechnologyOne experience advantageous.

Proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse framework / software components in an enterprise software environment.

Ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives.

Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Leading by example and guiding teams through change, including direct leadership and mentoring.

Strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problem‑solving ability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to clearly present complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Understanding of non‑functional requirements including security, scalability, and performance.
