This new ongoing position leading the Enterprise Technology/ Platforms team at The Administrative Review Tribunal can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. Remuneration:

The annual salary range for the position is EL2 $140,890 - $160,176 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4% (our Enterprise Agreement will deliver a 3.4% pay increase from 12 March 2026). About the opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Information Officer, the Director Platforms, leads the delivery and enhancement of critical ICT platforms that underpin secure and reliable Tribunal services. Operating at a senior leadership level, you will set strategic direction for the Platforms section, and ensure enterprise platforms, (including IDAM, cloud services, system monitoring, networks and databases), are resilient, scalable and fit for purpose. Working closely with other ETG Directors, you will ensure platforms are aligned with branch and Tribunal priorities while remaining secure and compliant with Australian government policies. About the team:

Lead a geographically dispersed team of approximately 20 staff within the Platforms section of the ETG branch. You can enjoy flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to regularly work from home. About you:

Extensive leadership skills and experience in strategy relating to ICT programs Demonstrated experience leading ICT platforms operations and strategy Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively and develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders The ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly, both orally and in written material Expertise in Microsoft products and services Experience managing teams working with agile methodologies Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and complete a health declaration. Degree or post graduate qualifications in information, technology, management and/ or related disciplines Vocational certification in modern information, communication and technology approaches including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, PRINCE2/PMBOK, etc. More information about this position, the scope of the role, duties and required capabilities and experience, is contained within the
