Home Finance Lead

Here at RAC, exciting things are happening. We are looking for a **Home Finance Lead** to help us navigate through and explore the world of mortgage broking through our newly established Home Finance business. With a current member base of 1.3 million to work with, you can guide our members through important financial decisions, help them find the right deal and achieve one of life’s biggest milestones.

Support members to understand their current financial situation, future goals and recommend suitable home finance solutions to enable them to achieve those aspirations. Provide guidance to Home Finance Consultants and Home Finance Specialists to ensure continuity and maintain superior member experience.Support with initial development and ongoing review of all process, procedures and training materials for the Home Finance business* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Financial Services.* Hold a valid Finance Brokers License with ASIC – not essential.* Proven experience with managing portfolios and high-net-worth clients.* Familiarity with relevant lending regulations and compliance requirements such as Responsible Lending.Relevant experience in mortgage broking, home finance lending or financial services industry - minimum 5 years.Deep knowledge of complex loan structures, and experience with high-value and/or non-standard loans. * Competitive salary and guaranteed income from day 1.* Fully maintained company car as an essential tool of trade.* A collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas matter.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance, Auto Services and Insurance.RAC is a purpose-led member organisation.Established in 1905, RAC has evolved into one of the most trusted organisations in the state, with more than 1.3 million members.
