ANZSOG is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the creation of bespoke educational solutions for government and public sector clients across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. This senior role sits at the intersection of learning design, business development and strategic impact—connecting client needs with ANZSOG’s signature andragogy and product innovation.

You’ll lead discovery processes, shape scalable learning solutions, and drive commercial strategy across our Tailored Public Sector Solutions portfolio. You’ll also contribute to the future of executive education by integrating emerging technologies, including AI, and championing inclusive, culturally respectful learning experiences.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in adult learning, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for translating complex challenges into impactful learning. You’ll work across teams and jurisdictions, embedding First Nations and Māori perspectives, and modelling inclusive, values‑led leadership.
