Head of Manufacturing

(Australia) - specifically with composite manufacturing experience

- to join our executive leadership team at our head office in Yatala, QLD. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a leader who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and building something that lasts. The Role Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will: Lead all manufacturing and production operations to deliver consistent quality, safety, and efficiency. Oversee new mould construction and lifecycle management of an extensive mould fleet. Ensure a safe, compliant work environment aligned with WHS and regulatory requirements. Drive technical excellence in products, processes, raw materials, and quality systems. Manage procurement, production planning, and inventory in collaboration with internal teams. Lead, develop, and performance-manage production and support teams. Contribute to executive decision-making and long-term operational strategy. About You You are a technically strong manufacturing leader with a deep understanding of fibreglass or composite manufacturing and a proven track record at a senior or executive level. You will bring: 10+ years’ experience in composite manufacturing

or a closely related industry is a must. Demonstrated

executive leadership experience

within a manufacturing environment Deep technical expertise

in fibreglass processes, materials, moulds, and quality control. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively and driving operational excellence.
