Head of Learning Diversity

Highview College

is a growing, co‑educational independent Year 7–12 school in Maryborough, Central Victoria, guided by our GRACE values (Growth, Respect, Aspiration, Compassion and Excellence). We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about inclusion to join us as Head of Learning Diversity, commencing Term 2, 2026 (or by negotiation).

This is a full‑time role with a focus on supporting our students to have full access to College life, with a generous time allowance for this important leadership role. We welcome part‑time applicants and are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the successful candidate.

In this role, you will:

Lead whole‑school Learning Diversity (Years 7–12) to strengthen inclusive practice and consistency

Drive NCCD audit readiness, IEP administration and review cycles, and staff capability in adjustments

Work closely with students, families and staff to support access, participation and learning growth
