The opportunity
SMILES Morayfield is a busy and established dental clinic comprising of 5 clinical treatment rooms with modern equipment which currently supports 4 dentists.
There is an opportunity for a dentist who is new to the profession to operate in this busy clinic and receive ongoing clinical support through our Clinical Development Program.
Suitable for a dentist who has experience or interest in general dentistry, including preventative, restoration, extractions, root canal therapy, and crowns, and can also accommodate any treatment you may have an interest in.
Full‑time availability 5 days a week operating Monday – Friday.
Consistently busy appointment schedules.
Clinical autonomy to decide what treatments you provide and the appointment lengths you require.
A committed and motivated support team enabling efficiency in the delivery of clinical care to patients.
Dedicated marketing team to support strengthening your referral base, drive additional patient demand and grow your practice.
Market‑leading online booking system through an integrated modern website to support referral and strengthen the patient experience.
Ongoing support from our Clinical Advisory team
Access to practice data and metrics on a simplified dashboard to support you in growing your practice.
Well established infection control procedures supported by a dedicated health and safety team.
Opportunities to share your expertise internally across a network spanning Australia and New Zealand.

What we want from you
Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
Unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
Ability to work within Australia.
