Junior Family Lawyer

MCG Legal is located in Southport in modern and well appointed offices and was established in 2009 as a boutique firm predominantly in the areas of Family and Property Law. The firm's focus is to provide quality advice, a practical approach to resolving matters with exceptional service. We are looking for a junior family lawyer (minimum 3 years post-admission experience) to work closely with one of our solicitors in a range of family law matters. The successful candidate will have carriage of their own file load with guidance and supervision provided. At MCG Legal, we are very staff orientated, have a strong culture with cohesive and supportive teams and our staff enjoy a 4.5 day week to assist in work-life balance. We offer support through CPD learning and ongoing guidance from the firm's Principal lawyer. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, have a good rapport with clients and will enjoy being involved in the local business environment and practice development.
