Job Description

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policies.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Lead the IT systems management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across departments.

Drive the alignment of finance and IT initiatives with organisational goals.

Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings through technology and financial analysis.

Ensure robust risk management processes are in place for finance and IT systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Relevant CA or CPA qualification

Proven experience in financial and cash flow management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance and IT

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Ability to implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and growth
