We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Automotive General Manager to take the reins of a high-profile, multi-brand dealership and leave a genuine mark across Toyota, Volkswagen, and MG at one location.

In this role you’ll shape the strategy, culture, and customer experience end-to-end, leading experienced teams and elevating performance while working with three iconic brands at different stages of their journey.

Experience you bring with you:

Past experience or readiness to take on a General Manager position in the Automotive industry

A strong record of driving sales performance and commercial results

A customer-first mindset with a clear focus on CSI and service excellence

Confident, hands-on leadership with the ability to build high-performing teams

Strong operational knowledge across sales and aftersales

Clear communication skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
