Help NAB’s Personal Everyday Banking deliver standout customer experience, advocacy, innovation and sustainable financial returns across branded and white‑label products.
Own the numbers end-to-end:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, performance reporting and workforce (FTE) oversight, driving disciplined forecasting, transparent cost control and strong investment governance.
Drive value, compliance and transformation:
Steer investment cycles, benefits tracking, vendor governance and PMO support, while strengthening controls and meeting APRA/ASIC and internal risk obligations through ongoing process improvement and cost-out initiatives.

In this role, you will join the Personal Everyday Banking team that’s doubling down on
customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, winning together .
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Lead disciplined financial management, including cost efficiency through effective management, budget forecasting, project financials and benefits tracking and FTE management.
Manage the vendor governance function for PEB.
Input into the Domain Global Workforce Strategy
Act as the conduit for Domain and enterprise to ensure transparency of commitments and financial and business reporting
Lead the Business Performance execution function for the Domain, including tracking & improvement across key business metrics.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:
Significant experience in the financial services industry. Track record in large complex business.
A Tertiary Degree, and/or proven industry experience in Business Management & Accounting
Demonstrated business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
Experience in financial modelling, data interpretation and use of analytical tools to support governance and performance reporting
