They are now looking for an Audit Senior Manager to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing audit team.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across a broad range of industries

Oversee planning, execution and completion of external audits

Manage firm risk and ensure compliance with auditing standards

Review work prior to Partner sign-off

Monitor engagement profitability and performance

Present findings to audit committees and senior stakeholders

Mentor, coach and develop junior staff

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What we're looking for:

Professionally CA/ACCA/CPA qualified

8+ years of auditing experience gained with a Big Four/Mid Tier firm

At least 2 years of experience gained in Australia (visa transfers welcome)

Commercially minded with sound project management skills

A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams

Motivated by progression and long-term career growth
