Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume campaigns – screening, assessing, and coordinating large-scale assessment centres.

Facilitate interviews and assessment days nationwide, energising groups, showcasing Virgin values, and representing the brand with confidence.

Act as a brand ambassador, selling the Virgin Australia experience to every applicant, community, and market you engage with.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate on workforce planning to meet operational needs.

Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract exceptional talent.

Travel frequently throughout Australia – often weekly – to conduct recruitment days and represent Virgin Australia enthusiastically.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong presence, confidence, and energy to lead group facilitation, presentations, and assessment days.

Storytelling ability to passionately communicate Virgin Australia’s culture and opportunities.

Highly organised, proactive and adaptable – able to manage a travel-intensive schedule.

Collaborative and capable of building productive relationships at all levels.

Alignment with Virgin values and the ability to bring positive energy wherever you go.

Comfortable with regular interstate travel, changing environments, and being on the move.
