Responsibilities
Lead workforce management processes including rostering, payroll, return to work and recruitment.
Redesigning our organisational structure to support career growth, succession planning and strong quality practices at the centre level.
Implementing a new roster system.
Strengthening child-safe recruitment and onboarding.
Supporting the development of our Early Education Strategy.
Mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning and drive initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.
Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (Quality Area 4 & 7).
Provide leadership in policy development and change management.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business.
Substantial experience in leadership roles.
Substantial leadership experience in the Early Education & Care sector.
Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for empowering others.
Employment details and benefits
Package: $117,242 - $129,637 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation and an award vehicle allowance of $10,780 gross p.a.
Hours of work: Temporary Full Time, 35 hours per week. Option of a 19-day month through the Councilโs flex system. Position is expected to be available up to December 2026.
