The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for consolidating and managing monthly financial performance, ensuring accuracy, insight and alignment with strategic objectives. The role blends financial governance with genuine business partnership, delivering analysis, advice and commentary that drive both operational and strategic decision-making.
Duties will include
Playing a leadership role in the coordination of the external audit
Managing the accounting function to facilitate key reporting processes including quarterly, half years and annual reporting requirements
Playing an integral role in the monthly consolidation and reporting of the organisation’s financial position to its parent company and key stakeholders
Provide financial analysis and insights to drive operational performance and mitigate risk
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership and finance teams, as well as external partners
The Candidate
CA/CPA qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
Demonstrated experience in financial management, reporting and business partnering within complex organisational structures
Strong understanding of governance, compliance and external audit processes
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data to support commercial decision-making
Proactive leadership style with a focus on developing people, driving performance and fostering continuous improvement
