Overview General Manager to lead an aged care home at Bolton Clarke in Heathfield, Adelaide Hills.

Responsibilities

Build a customerโ€‘centric home delivering personโ€‘centred care

Deliver commercial results and meet operational and financial objectives

Demonstrate inspirational leadership and shape a positive culture

Establish and leverage collaborative relationships

Qualifications

Experience as General Manager in aged care (highly regarded)

Current AHPRA registration (desirable)

Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes

Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

Business acumen and customer service focus

Valid working rights in Australia
