As a

Creative Director at Seeker Agency , you’ll use these qualities to lead the creative direction on our most significant projects.

You’ll be the end-to-end creative lead on hero projects, shaping ideas from first thought through to live delivery. Working closely with our Executive Creative Director, you’ll help define the creative standard of the agency and ensure our ideas are ambitious, considered and built for the real world.

You’ll partner closely with Strategy, Client Services and Production to turn insight into strong, original creative and see it executed with integrity on site.

You’ll also be a trusted creative voice within the team, mentoring creatives through feedback, collaboration and example and helping lift the quality of strategic thinking and craft across the agency.

With a deep events background, you understand live environments, production realities and what it takes to deliver work that lands powerfully in the moment.

This is a role for someone ready to shape the work, influence the creative culture and leave a meaningful mark on Seeker Agency’s next chapter.

Here’s a snapshot of your day to day

Lead creative direction across Seeker Agency’s major events, brand activations, conferences and experiential projects

Own concept development, storytelling and creative frameworks end to end

Uncover insights and develop creative strategy which lead to original, compelling creative ideas

Partner with Production to ensure ideas are feasible and delivered with integrity

Collaborate closely with Strategy and Client Services to align creativity with objectives

Present ideas confidently to senior clients and stakeholders

Lead creative thinking on pitches and new business opportunities

Mentor creatives across levels through feedback, guidance and example

Contribute to Seeker Agency’s creative reputation and point of view in market

Uphold Seeker Agency’s creative standards, values and ways of working

About you You’ll bring:

8-10+ years’ experience as a senior creative, with a

strong events and experiential background

(non-negotiable)

Proven experience leading creative end to end, from concept through to delivery

Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling and creative direction skills

A strategic mindset and clear point of view

Confidence presenting and selling ideas to senior clients

A collaborative, generous approach to mentoring and feedback

A strong understanding of production realities and live environments

High standards, sound judgement and calm under pressure

A genuine passion for live experiences, brands and culture
