Role Overview
As
General Manager, Global Tax , you will lead Dyno Noble’s global tax function and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver compliant, commercially sound and value‑adding tax outcomes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Set and execute the Group’s global tax strategy within the approved tax risk framework
Lead tax planning, governance, policies and internal control frameworks
Provide expert domestic and international tax advice, including cross‑border matters
Support M&A, divestments and restructures from due diligence through implementation
Oversee global tax compliance and tax accounting (current and deferred)
Lead, develop and engage a high‑performing global tax team
Qualifications & Experience
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.
Relevant tertiary qualification with CPA or CA accreditation.
Extensive experience in corporate or international taxation within complex organisations.
Strong knowledge of Australian and global tax legislation and tax accounting.
Proven experience managing tax risk, governance and group structures.
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder influencing capability.
Commercial acumen to balance compliance, risk and business outcomes.
