About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded General Manager with industry experience to lead our Adelaide-based head office. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the performance of both the sales and operations functions, ensuring strong revenue growth, efficient job delivery, and a high standard of customer experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who can drive structure, accountability, and results in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily performance of sales and operations teams

Drive revenue growth, conversion rates, and overall business performance

Implement systems, processes, and reporting structures to support scale

Oversee job flow, scheduling, installer coordination, and customer delivery

Build, train, and manage high-performing teams

Monitor KPIs and hold team leaders accountable to targets

Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning and execution

Ensure compliance with relevant industry and safety standards

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role

Strong commercial and operational decision‑making ability

Demonstrated success leading sales‑driven or service‑based teams

Experience implementing systems, processes, and performance metrics

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Experience in renewable energy, construction, electrical, or home services industries is highly regarded
