Chief Financial Officer

The Opportunity Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will:

Lead financial strategy during a significant scale-up phase

Drive investor relations and capital reporting

Prepare high-quality board management reports and insights

Strengthen financial models, forecasting and scenario planning

Improve systems, controls and processes to support growth

Build and develop a small but high-performing finance team

Provide commercial input across operations, funding, partnerships and expansion

This is not a “sit back” CFO role.

You will need to move seamlessly between:

Refining financial models yourself

Tightening processes and improving reporting discipline

Supporting funding conversations and investor engagement

Operating as a strategic advisor at board level and working with investors

About You You are likely:

A qualified CA/CPA

Experienced in investor reporting and board engagement

Commercially astute with strong modelling capability

Comfortable operating in a scaling, evolving environment

Able to build structure without slowing momentum

A leader who develops capability in others

Experience in high-growth, capital-intensive, technology, infrastructure or project-based environments will be highly regarded.

You bring both:

Detail orientation

Strategic thinking

And you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required.
