The Role You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, which may include:

Contractual and business disputes

Corporations and shareholder matters

Property and leasing disputes

Insolvency-related litigation

You will be involved from instruction through to resolution, drafting pleadings and submissions, preparing evidence, briefing counsel, attending mediations, and appearing in Court where appropriate.

About You

2-4 years PAE with solid commercial litigation experience

Strong drafting and procedural skills

Comfortable managing files with supervision

Commercially astute and outcome-focused

Admitted to practice in Western Australia
