Our renowned Disputes practice in Sydney is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join the team on a full-time basis. Under the leadership of Partners Greg Williams and Alex Rose, you will deepen your litigation and disputes experience on some of the country's largest class actions and product liability cases, working for leading clients and as part of international defence teams. You will also act on product regulatory issues and advice for clients in multiple sectors including life sciences, consumer goods, automotive and financial products. The work includes a range of litigious and other contentious commercial matters including large-scale class actions defence and advisory work for life sciences and consumer clients. As an SA in this team, you will manage litigation matters with responsibility for specific workstreams in large matters and day-to-day carriage of smaller matters, often as part of global defence teams. You will enjoy a close-knit and collaborative team, where your professional development will be actively sponsored by the Partners and other senior practitioners. Skills & Experience

At least 5 years' experience as a lawyer in a leading commercial litigation practice; Exposure to class actions or large-scale commercial litigation matters; Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation; Strong academic results; Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; and A collaborative and pro-active approach.
