About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially focused sales leader to drive revenue growth, maximise profitability, and elevate Stamford’s market presence. You’ll lead the sales function across both hotels, developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver measurable business results.
Working closely with the Hotel General Managers, you’ll manage key client relationships, secure new business, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed ambitious sales targets.
Drive total revenue across Accommodation, Conferencing & Events, and F&B.
Develop and implement commercial sales strategies to achieve budget goals.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to grow market share.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
Analyse market trends and competitive data to inform revenue decisions.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and negotiation.
About You
4+ years’ experience as a Director of Sales or equivalent in hospitality.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Experience in the Adelaide or broader SA market (advantageous).
Leadership that inspires accountability, creativity, and performance.
Proven track record of cross functional collaboration to achieve results.
