Senior Brand Manager - StrangeLove

Your Impact Collaborating with the StrangeLove Creative and Digital Lead, as a Senior Brand Manager you will drive the marketing strategy to achieve brand equity, market share and profitability goals of StrangeLove.

Key Responsibilities This role will partner with agencies and external suppliers, lead the team through multiple innovation projects and play across Portfolio & Brand Planning, Stakeholder Management, Commercial Acumen and Innovation.

Lead the thinking on StrangeLove Portfolio across sub-categories meeting consumer/customer needs to optimise scale

Maintain and build brand reputation and trust with internal and external stakeholders

Understand relationships between changes in consumer behaviour and commercial outcomes

Ensure continued alignment between brand initiatives and commercial goals

Develop innovation plans (1Y and 3Y) to support brand and commercial aspirations

About You StrangeLove have a passion for making interesting drinks with a focus on exceptionally good ingredients, we are looking for someone who share this passion with the below experience

Previous Brand Management experience (3-5 years ideal)

Demonstrated creating and driving a brand strategy

Commercially savvy and outcomes driven

Experience development Innovating plans

Strong stakeholder management (including agency and supplier management)
