**UGL** UGL provides engineering, construction, and maintenance services across industries including oil and gas, power, renewables, resources, water, defence, and telecommunications, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. **About the role** Reporting to the Project Lead, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of brownfield projects and supporting the broader line of business. Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure financial success.

Interpret contract documents and manage subcontractor agreements.

Drive compliance with UGL HSSE policies and legislative requirements.

Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes. **About you** Relevant engineering tertiary qualifications.

Extensive experience in project delivery within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Generation, Water or Waste Water sectors.

Brownfields Oil & Gas multidisciplinary experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
