Job Description MedicalJobsAustralia.com Staff Specialist (Consultant) or Senior Staff Specialist Psychiatrist in the field of Rehabilitation Mental Health Services. You will provide high quality clinical and non-clinical services working in multi-disciplinary team settings supported by a clinical director, 3 Psychiatrists, 3 Psychiatry Registrars and 2 RMOs. The program delivers care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs who require treatment in a secure environment.

Based in sub-tropical North Queensland which provides a familyorientated lifestyle in a coastal region, this city offers a range of sports, social activities, schools, restaurants, cafes and more.

Key Requirements

Must be able to obtain registration with AHPRA via the Specialist pathway OR Expedited Specialist pathway.

Have a solid clinical background in Psychiatry.

Remuneration & Benefits

Base salary $8,062 – $10,221.70 per fortnight ($209,612.00 – $265,764.20 per annum).

On-call and recall allowance paid extra.

Superannuation 12.5%.

Salary sacrifice of $17,000.

Relocation package and other benefits.

5 weeks annual leave, 14% annual leave loading.
