Role Overview
As the Organisational Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people and culture initiatives that uplift capability, enhance engagement and drive organisational performance. Partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders, you will design and implement programs across leadership development, technical capability, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and employee experience.

You are a confident OD professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys translating strategy into practical, high‑impact solutions. You bring a consultative mindset, strong facilitation skills and a genuine passion for culture, leadership and workforce development. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver organisational development programs aligned to business strategy
Lead initiatives across leadership development, capability uplift, wellbeing, D&I and employee experience
Facilitate workshops, focus groups and co‑design sessions
Partner with leaders to embed culture, engagement and change initiatives
Analyse data, insights and feedback to inform OD solutions and continuous improvement
Support organisational change programs and workforce transformation projects
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in organisational development, culture or capability programs
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
Experience designing and delivering leadership and workforce development initiatives
Ability to analyse data and apply best‑practice OD frameworks
Strong project and change management capability
Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable, not essential)
