Insurance Litigation Associate/Senior Associate (2 PAE)

You’ll handle high-stakes cases, providing strategic guidance on indemnity, liability, quantum, and claim resolution, defending top professionals including solicitors, barristers, engineers, construction experts, accountants, estate agents, and medical practitioners.

Duties

Manage

files and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all documents are accurate.

Review

evidence and prepare strategic advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum.

Draft

and communicate clearly with clients, counsel, and other practitioners.

Identify

issues, brief experts, and analyse opinions to support case strategy.

Prepare

court documents and handle proceedings, including online hearings and appearances.

Drive

business development and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and growth.

Skills & experience

At least

2 years’ PAE

(experience in insurance law is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with general litigation experience with an interest in Insurance Law will also be considered).

Excellent written, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Strong drafting skills.

Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a cohesive, high-performing team.
