The Mission

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the Marketing function to deliver world-class campaigns, content, collaborations and digital-to-retail experiences that connect deeply with our community and fuel business growth. You’ll define how LSKD shows up creatively, culturally and commercially - turning brand ambition into execution that drives traffic, conversion and sales across both e-commerce and stores.

Hands-on leadership is key: you’ll inspire and develop your leaders, empower your teams, and push the brand to take bold, smart risks - failing forward to learn fast and continually raising the bar. You’ll build rhythm, clarity and capability, stay close to the work, and drive strong cross-functional alignment so teams are set up to deliver their best.

What You’ll Bring The Experience:

Senior marketing leadership at a high-growth consumer, fashion, or activewear brand. You’ve built multi-discipline teams and taken marketing operations to scale
