About the Role
Securitas has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Corporate Security Officer to join our business.
The Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service.
You will be a real people person with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
This client location has an outstanding and unique culture that is collaborative and supportive with a focus on people & culture.
Location in the Cremorne, Melbourne.
Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift 15:00 - 23:00
Key Tasks
Provide a security service in line with the site SOPโs and customer requirements in order to protect the customerโs employees, property and other assets.
Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitasโ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).
Ensure the safety and protection of customerโs people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.
Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.
Desired Skills And Experience
Must hold a valid VIC Security License
Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team
Be punctual and reliable
Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality
Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing role
Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training
