About The Role
We are seeking a
Junior Lawyer
or
Law Clerk
to support our In-House Counsel and Legal & Regulatory team. This role provides hands‑on exposure to a broad range of legal and regulatory matters within a values‑driven, purpose‑led organisation.
Fixed‑term 12-month contract role working full‑time, based at our West Perth office
Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home
We work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the business, assisting with legal advice, contract reviews, regulator interactions and corporate governance, while being supported to grow your skills and professional confidence.
About You
This is an ideal opportunity for a final‑year law student or an admitted lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE to develop or establish an in‑house legal career under the supervision of an experienced and respected In‑House Counsel.
You will bring strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to apply the law to real‑world business issues. You are a clear and confident communicator with commercial acumen and the ability to explain legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to research and interpret legislation, complex regulations and other legal instruments and to apply them to practical business scenarios
A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in learning
