WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are EITHER a registered

patent attorney

in Australia OR a

trainee

patent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification;

have

minimum 1 year

practical

patents experience OR MORE (up to senior associate level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas;

have a degree (or higher) in

ENGINEERING

(preferably

mechanical, mechatronics, automotive but open to others ) OR

SCIENCE (materials science/physics) ;

have solid experience in

drafting/prosecuting

patents that relate to EITHER

mechanical engineering OR materials science

(or both);

are

ambitious + serious
