Co-director

We’re a boutique early learning group with a unique mission to help kids grow wholistically while learning a lifechanging language. An exciting position has opened up in our CBD centre leadership team as co‑director due to an internal promotion.

About the Role You’ll be joined by a fellow co‑director to lead with warmth, professionalism, mentorship and quality oversight.

What you’ll do juggle rosters like a ninja – balancing ratios, scheduling lunch breaks and handling last‑minute sick days without breaking a sweat (or a smile).

keep our documentation game strong – policies, procedures, records, audits, enrolments... if it lives in a folder (digital or paper), you’ve probably already reviewed it, updated it, and colour‑coded it.

help us run a tight‑ship, administratively– from keeping CCS and compliance in check to managing parent accounts and ensuring Xplor doesn't Xplode.

support, coach, and inspire our team to deliver high‑quality, child‑focused care and education

promote teamwork that’s built on honesty, accountability and a bit of fun – no room for egos or gossip here.

be a steady presence – calm in the chaos, approachable in the pressure and someone the team can count on (even if it’s just to fix the printer).

champion staff wellbeing – notice when someone needs a break, a laugh, or just a really good coffee.

be part of the leadership team that’s always improving – whether it’s refining systems or coming up with better ways to do everyday things.

be proactive, not just reactive – know when to pick up a phone, clipboard or broom when needed – we love a leader who’s happy to jump in and do what needs doing.

You don’t need to have done everything on the above list to apply; however, we want someone with a willingness to learn and ability to problem‑solve.
