Experienced Mowing & Gardening Team Leader - St Lucia

About The Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces within our premium site in St Lucia.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Lead a team.

Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment.

Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Complete service requests as required.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in gardening, spraying, brush cutting and zero turn mowing.

Valid Manual Driver’s Licence.

White Card.

ACDC highly regarded.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually.

Be punctual and reliable.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months.

Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
