Use HR metrics and data to influence business decisions and continuous improvement.

Contribute to national HR projects and change initiatives.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development within manufacturing and kinetic teams.

About You You are a confident and capable HR professional with strong experience in manufacturing, kinetic, or industrial environments. You thrive in operationally focused HR, balancing the ability to handle day-to-day employee matters with contributing to broader strategic initiatives.

Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role within the resources, OEM, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex employee relations cases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
