headspace Darwin: Care That’s Shared, Supported and Sustainable
headspace Darwin, led by Anglicare NT , delivers
early intervention mental health services
to young people aged 12–25 across the Top End.
Our multidisciplinary model brings together mental health care, early psychosis intervention, alcohol and other drugs support, physical and sexual health services, psychiatry, and
family-inclusive practice
— ensuring young people receive holistic, coordinated support.
But what truly sets us apart is how we work.
Here,
clinical responsibility is shared . Decisions are collaborative. Supervision is embedded. Reflective practice is protected time — not something you squeeze in after hours.
We are committed to
culturally responsive, trauma-informed care , and we prioritise clinician wellbeing as much as client outcomes. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders, structured supervision, and a team that genuinely backs one another.
This is sustainable practice,
for young people and for you .
