The Opportunity: Complete the Triad We are building the "Dream Team" to execute this mission. We have the

Commercial Engine

(Strategy, Retail Distribution, Operations). We have the

Scientific Engine

(Formulation, R&D, Regulatory Compliance).

We are missing the Voice.

We are looking for a third co‑founder to own Growth, Content, and Community.

You will take our clinical credibility and turn it into a compelling consumer narrative that cuts through the noise of the wellness industry.

The Team You’re Joining You will be joining two other dedicated co‑founders who are specialists in their fields:

The Operator (Commercial & Strategy):

Background in National Security and scaling consumer brands. Handling supply chain, pharmacy/retail distribution, finance, and high‑stakes negotiation.

The Scientist (Product & R&D):

A formulation scientist and TGA compliance specialist. Handling product development, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring our science is bulletproof.

We have the product and the pipeline. We need you to build the tribe.

What You Will Own (The Role) You are not just "running ads." You are building the brand soul and the customer engine.

Brand Storytelling:

Translating complex biochemical concepts and our "biotech meets wellness" vision into digestible, engaging content.

Content Strategy:

Owning the "look and feel" across social channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn). You know how to create content that is culturally relevant and visually striking.

Community Building:

Turning customers into advocates. Managing early adopters, newsletters, and engagement.

D2C Growth:

Managing the Shopify storefront, email flows (Klaviyo), and organic/paid acquisition strategies.

The "Compliance Challenge":

You will work directly with our Scientist to ensure our marketing is creative and aggressive but

100% compliant

with Australian regulations.

Who You Are

You are a Builder:

You might be a Marketing Manager, a Content Creator, or an Ecommerce Lead who is tired of bureaucratic limitations and wants to own a piece of what they build.

You are a Translator:

You love health and wellness, and you know how to explain why

a product works without resorting to "snake oil" tactics.

You are Hands‑On:

In the early days, you are the copywriter, the video editor, and the media buyer. You are happy to get your hands dirty to get us from 0 to 1.

You have Grit:

Like the other founders, you likely have a full‑time job. You are willing to put in the hours on nights and weekends to build something that could change your life.

The Deal

Equity Co‑Founder:

This is a partnership, not a salary role. You will receive founding equity to reflect your contribution.

Flexibility:

We all have day jobs. We work asynchronously but consistently. We value output over hours.

Upside:

You are entering at the ground floor of a brand positioned for both D2C scale and Pharmacy retail distribution.
