Job Description

Internal Acquisition Specialist at NRI (Former ASG Group) Currently employing over 2,500 staff domestically across Australia and New Zealand, NRI is a leading IT business solutions provider, offering IT management and consulting services, cloud solutions, business intelligence & big data, and analytics.

We are looking for an exceptional

sales leader

to own our entire Energy, Utilities & Resources vertical nationallyโ€”a portfolio already punching well above its weight with iconic clients in oil & gas, renewable, electricity, water and mining.

This is a true General Manager role with : Full P&L ownership (current run-rate north of $40m, with aggressive growth targets)

Leadership of a dedicated sales, pre-sales and alliances team

Direct accountability for strategy, new logo acquisition and expansion within existing Tier-1 accounts

Delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation programmes in Cloud, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Digital Decarbonisation, Customer Experience and Operational Technology

Seat at the executive table โ€“ reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer

We need :

years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 7โ€“10 years focused on Energy, Utilities or Resources

A personal track record of carrying and consistently exceeding $20mโ€“$30m+ annual quotas

Existing, warm C-level relationships across the sector (CIOs, CDOs, COOs, CEOs)

Deep experience selling complex consulting engagements or enterprise platforms (SAP, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, etc.)

Presence in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne (highly flexible / hybrid)
