General Manager

A boutique, high-performing agency is on the search for a confident and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth across residential, commercial, and finance divisions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in coaching high-performing teams and brings strong operational management experience within property industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations across all divisions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence across the group.

Develop and implement strategies to support growth and profitability.

Manage budgets, financial performance, and group-wide reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

Lead and mentor teams across multiple business sectors.

Support engagement, retention, and performance through clear communication and strong leadership.

Business Operations

Ensure systems and procedures are efficient, modern, and scalable.

Liaise with business owner and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Support special projects, new initiatives, and strategic planning.

Be the voice between all divisions reporting to Director.

Setting KPI's to individual staff members.

One‑on‑ones with individual staff.

Back end of house for all business compliance and insurance.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in senior leadership or management within real estate, finance, or professional services.

Minimum of 3‑5 years' experience in similar role.

Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple departments.

Excellent communication, financial management, and organisational skills.

Ability to build trust, drive and motivate teams, and uphold high standards of professionalism.
