to generate and win new business and lead premium incentive travel programs and corporate events across Australia and beyond. You’ll be the strategic lead behind high‑value incentive programs, conferences, and global travel experiences. You’ll shape the vision, win the business, and deliver events that leave a lasting impact. Your world will include:

Creating a new business strategy and executing on it to achieve targets

Building long‑term client partnerships that drive repeat and referral business

Turning briefs into compelling, commercially strong proposals

Recommending destinations and venues that elevate the experience

Leading group travel logistics, risk management, and duty‑of‑care

Building advanced EventsAir registration sites, apps, and event platforms

Managing suppliers, budgets, contracts, and onsite delivery

Leading teams with confidence and calm under pressure

What You Bring 10+ years in events, incentives, and conferences

A proven track record of winning business and growing accounts

Strong commercial acumen and proposal‑building expertise

Expertise in EventsAir and group travel logistics

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Ability to juggle multiple complex projects with ease

A solutions‑focused mindset and calm leadership style

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
