ABOUT US Lead and shape the future of our youth street brand. At Factorie, we’re building an accessible youth street brand inspired by music, sport, art and fashion, with culture shaping our identity.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a visionary, strategic and commercially minded product leader to shape the future of Factorie, defining our product direction and leading a team across Guys and Girls.

As Head of Product, you will set category direction, shape range architecture and drive commercial performance across the portfolio. You will lead margin and pricing strategy, oversee forecasting and own the critical path from concept through to in store delivery.

You will partner closely with Trend, Brand, Creative, Planning, Digital and Retail to ensure product direction is culturally relevant, commercially viable and executed with discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and execute long term category and portfolio growth strategies

Lead range architecture, option planning and seasonal assortment balance

Own margin, pricing and commercial performance across Guys and Girls

Drive trade rhythm, performance analysis and decisive in season action

Ensure disciplined critical path management and on time delivery

Partner with Planning to align forecasting, intake and inventory strategy

Build and develop a high performing product team

Contribute to executive level decision making across the brand

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Significant experience in a similar Head Of Merchandising or Buying leadership role within a high-volume fashion business

Proven track record delivering sustained category growth and margin improvement

Deep understanding of range build, option planning and critical path execution

Strong commercial acumen including negotiation, budgeting and forecasting

Ability to interpret trade data and translate insight into clear action

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross functional teams

Structured, commercially minded and decisive, with a collaborative leadership style
