Boab Metals Limited is an ASX-listed resources company advancing the Sorby Hills Silver-Lead Project, located 50 km northeast of Kununurra in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. Sorby Hills is Australia’s largest undeveloped near-surface Silver-Lead deposit, underpinned by granted mining leases, EPA approval and excellent access to infrastructure, including the Wyndham Port only 150 km away. Boab has now taken Final Investment Decision (FID) on Sorby Hills and is fully funded to construct the project.

Boab Metals is seeking an experienced and commercially driven

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join its senior leadership team at a critical inflection point. As Boab moves into construction and prepares for production, the CFO will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening commercial discipline and supporting delivery of the Company’s flagship project. This is a hands-on, high-impact executive role suited to a leader who thrives in a build-phase environment and wants to help take a major Australian mining project into production. About the Role

As CFO, you will lead all financial, accounting, procurement and commercial governance functions across the business. You will act as the Company’s financial steward, providing clear, timely and commercial insight to support decision-making at Board and executive level. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will help ensure Boab’s transition from developer to producer is underpinned by robust systems, strong capital discipline and fit-for-purpose financial controls. Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong financial, contracts and procurement systems and processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and P&L reporting across the organisation. Ensure accurate and timely capture, reporting and analysis of project and operating costs. Provide strategic financial advice to support project delivery, operational readiness and corporate growth. Oversee statutory reporting, compliance and governance obligations. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, regulators and external partners. What You Bring

5+ years’ experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role. CA or CPA qualification (required). Strong expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and commercial analysis. Mining industry experience (essential), ideally across project development and construction. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce or a related discipline. Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities. High commercial acumen, strategic mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
