The Opportunity This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing property development and investment group in a key in-house Legal Counsel role.

This position offers the chance to work closely with, learn from and be mentored by a Top Tier-trained Head of Legal, gaining hands‑on exposure across sophisticated property transactions, leasing, and development matters.

About You You will ideally bring:

3+ years’ PAE in a property law (private practice or in‑house)

Strong experience in acquisitions, disposals and general property transactions

Exposure to development work and leasing (highly regarded)

This role will suit a property lawyer who enjoys the technical aspects of property law but is ready to broaden their commercial exposure and be closer to the decision‑making process.
