Legal Counsel | Commercial | Contract role with Hybrid work arrangement | ASX Listed Company

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel with commercial experience. Working closely with the business stakeholders of an ASX listed company that is highly regarded in the building and construction industry, you'll play a key role in advising one of the company's main business units on a broad and interesting range of matters including: reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with major customers; procurement and supply chain matters; tenders; and You You’ll be an experienced lawyer with strong commercial expertise and your background will ideally include a mix of law firm experience together with either secondments or in-house experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships will also be paramount, as you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into your new role and interact effectively with all levels of the business. This role is available on a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) basis. A hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office each week and the remainder WFH is also possible.
