Our client is a well-established national contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex construction, remediation, and defence infrastructure projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of major works, we are recruiting an experienced

Senior Estimator

to join their high-performing pre-construction team.

This is a key leadership role focused on delivering competitive tenders across projects ranging from

$10M to $200M .

Key Responsibilities

Lead full tender processes for projects valued up to $200M

Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing breakdowns

Develop bid strategies and risk assessments

Manage subcontractor engagement and pricing negotiations

About You

Experience at a senior level

Background in Defence, remediation, structural rehabilitation, construction, or industrial works

Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management capability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
