to join our leadership team and drive excellence across our Mammography/BMD services.

About the Opportunity The

Head of Mammography & BMD

provides clinical leadership across the modality and is responsible for shaping its

strategic direction, driving quality outcomes and supporting our highly skilled workforce . The role balances clinical practice with leadership, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with senior clinical and operational leaders to advance modality performance, deliver exceptional patient care, and support the growth and capability of the Mammography/BMD team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead modality strategy, clinical standards and continuous improvement

Own and enhance Mammography/BMD protocols

Deliver high‑quality clinical services and ensure best practice

Oversee quality control, compliance and equipment performance

Support technology adoption and training on new equipment

Lead and mentor the Mammography/BMD workforce

Partner with P&C on workforce planning, talent development and recruitment

Foster a positive, engaged and high‑performing team culture

Who We’re Looking For

Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP)

Extensive experience in Mammography and BMD

A passion for leadership, development and service excellence

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

A commitment to maintaining RSA’s high standards of patient care
